Jazz Pleiades

Jazz Pleiades

Just feelin’ kind of blue
Jazzy blues harmony
Joined modal indigo
Juxtaposes smooth joy -
Jaunty jives splashing notes -
Jiven’ through the moonlight -
Jeweled mood reflections

Great Pleiades, Sam. Just give me some Kenny G., Chuck Mangione, and Dave Koz! Janice

Grew up on jazz in a way. The northwest, believe or not, was a center for jazz and jazz musicians. Kenny G. went to the U of Washington! Thanks for reading and your lovely message. Turning on some jazz and all that jazz!

Jazzed to jive with your joyful jewel. Love the blue tones you paint with and the line "jeweled mood reflections". I also like the word 'smooth', maybe a wink towards 'smooth jazz'? You are a painter of words, Sam, and when music is your palette, wonderful creations emerge. Joy ~ John

Yep - it is a "wink" to smooth jazz. Once again no hidden ball trick for you! You get all the signs. My favorite jazz album is the classic from Miles Davis "Kind of Blue." It was my inspiration along with Mood Indigo. Thank you my friend. I wasn't sure about this one so your wonderful comments encourage me. Bountiful blessings and a few jitterbugs to you!
