Hi Jo---no I didn't mean to mislead u...there is NO syllab count...if u read the original Clerihews, a short line, longer line, short , and a little longer...not all of them, but a lot of them are and it has a punchy pithy effect...I still have to say, this is way up on my list!! :) Roger is my hubby and he and I write together every once in a while and have a blast putting our ideas together...Tongue Tied Timmy was our 5th collab...

Joseph, hey what a fun and non offensive way to poke fun at someone who often pokes fun at himself...very very clever! Any chance to cut a couple syllables from the first line and 3rd line...Your syll count is 9889...if u shorten every other line, it will appear more pithy and resemble the original clerihew...I gotta work on shortening most of mine too as I have been reading up on this form. Hope all is well at your camp! :) gwendolen
