Jambalaya Time

Jambalaya tastes so fine
With sweet plantains fried…
Serve this dish up nice and hot,
Sure to hit the spot…
Of course you’ll feel fine
Won’t you sit,
Dine!

Makes me hungry! Although the mention of "sweet plantains fried..." suggests a Caribbean nexus (I assume they are a side dish), the 'Cajun type (which one of my grandnephews in Thibodaux excels in preparing) is my preference. I liked your poem!

I love to cook, indeed the sweet plantains are a side dish my friend, I am truly pleased that you enjoyed this piece. Thank you Leo Larry for such a fine review. Many Blessings, Always, Adell
