Jadesola

A coat of many colours

In a world of muted greys

I stood there black and white

Vivid neutrals

But never grasping her attention

A coat of many colors

She was the center of attraction

The world swirled around her

As I tried desperately

To mix colors, become part of your world

We connect

We coalesce

You fade, you drain

Do I ruin everything I touch

Your heart was a painting

And I scrawled all over it in Crayon
