Jacaranda Herald

Your sudden dome, like purple popcorn, erupts as crochet-baubles: Nanna-graffiti in a tree. Underneath, dizzy bees stagger in your fallen floral wealth. Jacaranda on a spree: you herald heat, cicadas, and thunderstorms that will trash your lavish treasure.

I love this poem, its do deep and creative how you’ve woven this and the mention of nana graffiti too is clever. And i love the way youv described this tree, im not sure if ive ever seen one but through your words i see a strong and vibrant one that stands tall and firm facing natures different faces. Pleasure reading you dear jeanette, sending you light always.

Thank you for your encouragement. I love crochet-nannas, who add edging on washers and towels etc, and can see them crocheting the flowers on these trees overnight for a morning surprise. Glad you liked this. J :)
