Ivy and Katara

Two cats,
All they do is fight.
Chase each other every day.
Claw, hiss, blood is drawn.
Settle. The daily brawl is done.
Now we stare out the window,
absorbing the sun as the birds fly by.
Our tales slam to the ground.
We ready to pounce on the unsuspecting prey,
only to find we are blocked by a glass window.

Love it. Who can understand cats. I'm remembering my two male kitties nose to nose bristling, ready to tear each other apart. This goes on for several minutes, then one of them turns and calmly walks away. The other starts grooming. Congrats on the selection. daver

Cats are very crazy but I love them. I didn't realize how much I liked them until I got my own tow fur balls.
