I’ve been told

I’ve been told that I’m crazy
I’ve been told that I’m mean
I’ve been told that I’m a
I’ve been told I’m impatient
I’ve been told that a million times and I still won’t change
So why are you bothering me?
I’ve been told I’m a sweetheart
I’ve been told that I’m patient
I’ve been told that I am a kind hearted person
All of these apply to me
I’m a firm believer of matching energy
Sorry not sorry but I will not give you what you don’t give me
Why do you assume I have to be what everyone wants me to be?
I’m very creative
I don’t believe in changing myself for no one but me
I will not betray myself just to keep a man
Changing myself for a man
I will never do
I will never be dumb enough to commit myself to someone who’s not committed to me too
I’ve been told that I’m strong
Yes that’s true but it’ll be great to have someone who genuinely loves me
Not someone who lusts after me
I’ve been told
I can get through anything in life and I have to say they were right
