It's True, Forever Me and You

Alone at heart—
About the time I’m
Falling apart—
I call you.

Your voice... so sweet,
Like a melody
Easy to follow,
So soft it is
Deep and charming.

The biggest part that shows
Is my heart becoming warm—

When I’m speaking with you
My mind begins to spin,
For reasons,
I can’t stand not to see you. —

I know your trying…

You know, to break me,
To get me next to you,
And to show me love and trust.

Well, it’s slowly working,
I can’t deny that…
I’m falling for you—

And I know you see this true.

Although I may still question,
Should I try and give a chance?

But I’m sure, after now
That I’m giving in,
Because, I want you
More than ever.

I can’t, let you go again
My heart could not take
That grievance again—

It’s already falling in.

So if it were to go,
Devastated would I be, and
For that… you would know. —

You say I love you,
But,
My mind won’t let me say…
I love you back,

Because, it still questions…
That’s what’s holding me back.

But please believe me,
I want to say it back.
For every desire in my heart
Wants these words to come out—

I need you in my life,
I know you see that…
I could not see me without you.

For I see theirs a liaison between us…
So cohesive we cannot part.

Even if it’d have that chance
I would not leave you…
Never again—

You make me happy,
To where I can’t explain…
The joy I feel… The peace I’m in
I feel right with you.

If you can’t tell it by now,
You mean a lot to me…

Always in my thoughts,
And hopefully soon…
My dreams.

So I’ll say it now
Because my heart has ruled…
Although it may be hard to say…
In person per say.

You are impeccable,
I think it was fortuitous we met…

But I’m so grateful now,
For without you
I’d still be reticent…
But you clouded my mind with thoughts
And well,

I love you.
