It's Time

It’s been a roller coaster ride and it was fun,
But the nausea afterwards makes me sick
-	So I’m done

I keep giving you everything and you know how to take, I’ll give you that,
But I never get anything back

All I wanted was a small part of you to call mine,
But you wouldn’t even give me that
You made it seem like asking was a crime

I still love you, but you are selfish and so my love is not enough anymore
I’m moving on and I’m forever closing that door
Hoping it will never open again, because I know I’ll find happiness elsewhere,
But for now I cannot say when
