It's Raining - It's Pouring
So What!
Wear red
or
Yellow
or
Pink...
That's right!
Something bright!
Force a smile!
Leave early so
You don't have to rush!
Carry a bright
Large umbrella
To shield a friend!
Hope your umbrella has
Painted butterflies,
Like mine...
If a guy, my oh my
Blame it on your wife,
Mother, girlfriend, daughter...
Explain, "She made me take it!"
Actually, I often use a smile
For an umbrella...
I don't complain,
It's only rain!
A storm, you say!
Stay in!
Put on some music!
You have bills to pay!
In that case, brave it!
Say hello to the next person
You meet...
Say it light and sincere and
Move on
Soon the rain will be gone...
You can handle it,
Just
Keep Smiling!
