Its ok to rest

Oh to rest and renew our minds 
Just a little time to unwind
It is not a moment foolishly spent
It is a time to reflect and repent
To clear our hearts and our souls
And free our bodies from worry's hold
So relax and take some time
Father knows you need it and dosn't mind
