It's Not Me It's You
It's not that I am crazy.
Although I think that's true.
Through years it's kinda hazy.
All I think about is you.
The answer to the question.
I'll probably never know.
Some are quick with a suggestion.
But they don't show where to go.
For years I've been descending.
In an abyss of going down.
I started out pretending.
That my smile was not a frown.
I am left to wander.
Was it me or was it you.
I can't believe that I would squander.
What I thought was love so true.
So many years I've waited.
For something that's not there.
Somehow I've been sedated.
Into thinking that you care.
I know now you're inside me.
But I don't know what to do.
I don't think you see what I see.
Because it's not me, it's you.
