It's For You
Where fall your eyes ‘pon morning’s wake?
Does your heart allow sun’s shine?
Has day risen, for you to take?
Or have you awakened blind?
Let not the darkness of the night
Remain there in each new day
Open your eyes, embrace the light
So to venture on your way
Allowing then what must be true
A gift of happiness, just for you
