You've got yourself another top winner here, Jan - I love great lims and this is a GREAT one! You're lucky you don't have to shovel snow but what in the devil is a gritter?????? PS: I have an electric show removal thing that the kids gave me for Christmas one year, so, oddly, I rather enjoy "shoveling" snow!

Thanks Bob I just adore the limerick form and a gritter is a vehicle which spreads grit and salt on the roads to help drivers and melt the snow -thankfully we rarely get the white stuff here!:-) hugs Jan xx
