Its Been a While

It’s been a while

Joy and a smile
My god it’s been a while…
Since I could feel 
Something so completely real!

I can’t fake it 
And sometimes 
Well, I just can’t take it…
Ooh; when you make it… ummm

Why is the question
That’s been resting on my mind
Every time you wine
And dine me…

Could it be?
Better yet; will it be?
Or then again… maybe
You are meant for me!

But still you see
It's to new to be
Anything but a mystery...
For both you and me!

So I'll enjoy the ride
And let my smile be the guide...
