Its Been a Long Time
It's been a long time since I wrote a rhyming verse
My social skills have changed, so now I can converse
My life is different now
I could tell you how
But I won't
Cause my life is better
You can tell by this letter
I dream by looking at clouds
I've seen many pictures no doubt
My job is good
My life is quiet
My house isn't clean
which makes me gross
I'm happy to be back
It's good thing cause I've got a spine in my back
As i said before
My life is different than before
I laugh out loud as my girls tell me how to spell
My kids support me
Which is great
I've never had support in my poetry
I'm no longer on drugs
To interfere with my dialog
So much insperation on this website
It makes my words not worthy for insight
But that doesn't matter
My kids matter
My happiness matters
Just like the mad hatters
Maybe my poetry gets better, in the future
Cause only time will tell
If someone likes my tales
Thank you for reading
It means the world to me
And the rest is history
