It's Alright

You say when I speak
That I am such a freak
Well when I kicked you out
Then why did you pout

You don’t need to shout
This is not a bout
I’ve let you be free
So that you can see

It was not just me
Who wanted to be
Away from the fight
Most every night

Don’t kick or bite
I’ll get out of your sight
Smacked with your cue
I’d turn a dark hue

I don’t want to argue
And know it is hard to
Just get away
For the rest of the day

Gone out of my way
But I have to say
I’ll be right back
Just need a small snack

Went to my shack
To hit the sack
But instead of my sleep
I started to weep

As I felt a big heap
Of emotion so deep
But I don’t like to fight
So I know it’s alright
