It’s a Toss of Dice

If it is your time, love will track you down like a cruise missile.

Liminal~
betwixt and between
a rock and
a hard place,
it is transitional, man~
indeterminate!

I’ve been scarred 
before and will be
twice if I
let myself
be lost in the charisma
of your silvered tongue. 

Love is chance,
a roll of the dice,
and the toss 
is not your’s,
the house always wins the bet,
it’s the house of blues.
