It's a Crinkle Twinkle Day


It’s a crinkle, twinkle day,
So live in the now and laugh a bit louder.
That’s the crinkle, twinkle way,
Making everyone around you feel prouder.
Living your dreams without fear and plough on
Plough on
Making sure that the lighthouse will glow on.
Smiling wide to keep the show on

It’s a crinkle, twinkle day,
Makes you think of joy and never of sadness.
That’s the crinkle, twinkle way
To enjoy this day and live in full gladness.
Winning o’er darkness as your life moves on
Moves on
Spread His light and feel the peace it proves on
Glide through the dance as it grooves on

Fly higher and higher and float above the breeze.
Free no one to tame us or blame us, even the winds do proclaim us.

A springtime of blooms in just the right season.

Are like stardust, we’ll grin and adjust and portray…

Jo, I never saw the movie so I don't know this tune, but I can tell you had fun crafting the rhythms and rhymes to flow with this song. I love the uplifting feel to this message and the encouragement to be a light in the darkness. I especially liked the line 'Making sure that the lighthouse will glow on'.
