It's 4 Am

It's 4 a.m.; I can't fall back to sleep
My composure I am trying to keep
My heart is racing, my mind is awake
May this anxiety leave, for God's sake!

It's 5 a.m.; sleep does not come to me
My heart is full but my mind is empty
My heart is beating with anxiety
But my mind drifts along the vacant sea

It's 6 a.m.; will sleep now come to me?
I wish to sleep for eternity
To escape from the hell I'm living in
To embrace heav'n, free from a world of sin

Can feel your pain...hope you're sleeping better now... try memorising some verses from the Bible like Psalm 3:5, Psalm 4:8 and say them aloud before going to sleep. I'm sure it'll help you:)
