It takes two...to love

It takes two...to love,
one is just not enough
I love you... but my love's not enough
you don't even try to love,
and I see you just don't care

Sometimes two becomes three when someone miscalculates their birth control, just saying. I dig it, John Derek Hamilton. I always try to imagine who I'd see singing your lyrics and in this case I picture a young Jeff Tweedy with his guitar and a cold beer, half smiling as he sings your song. Be careful with that 2am writing though, if it becomes a habit you'll end up with the nonsensical ramblings I tend to produce, usually posted at 2:18 am after declaring whatever it is my masterpiece. :)
