It Seemed So Easy Then
It seemed so easy then
Make your back to bend
There is work to be done
A good life is there to be won
But that is not true in this world
There is more strife to be held
And others who will bring you down
You’re from the wrong side of town
So forget who you are
And go for it be a star
For when the world gets tough
It’s you and that’s gotta be enough.
