It Rained a Lot Today

It rained a lot today
There was no delay
Only continued replay
Of the rain that I love without decay

It rained a lot today, like the rains falling in Kenya
Reminded me of you, loving you like falling manna
Playing in the rain, drenched in your love in all manner
Many memories of you, that leave me with no slumber

It rained a lot today, each drop with a song
Felt my womanly desires flowing along
Loving you could never go wrong
Loving you in the rain made me strong
