Notes About The Poem

It lasted what it lasted

My dancing days are through
I danced the tune for all that it was worth
I pirouetted on through life
Smiled for the audience
Twas then I took my final bow ~

you're fortunate to have had the opportunity to dance...I loved ballet but was not allowed to do so...long story

Most of my dancing was done in my head ~ lol I could never remember choreography and basically had two left feet.
