It is not so easy being weak
That night marked the moment
When I unleashed my heart and secrets,
Chasing a fleeting joy that ignites
The curiosity of many women.
My self-confidence faded,
As the enemy claimed my heart.
Confidence is about facing
What terrifies you.
I've dared to do it all.
I entrusted everything to a tall six-pack,
The bearded Caribbean viper.
In that fleeting moment,
I connected with another soul.
It ain't easy feeling lost.
The soothing rhythm of reggae music
And its familiar tunes
Blocked out the noise of the evening.
He stood there, tall and charming,
With a striking face that caught my eye.
His artistic tattoos
Wove across his skin,
Creating patterns that
Highlighted his strong features.
The light from the streetlamp
Shimmered against his skin.
In that moment,
I felt a deep admiration
For this man with a six-pack,
A bearded Caribbean guy.
Under the streetlight, he was impressive.
I sighed and took another sip of my beer,
Lost in memories;
Was I about to start a romantic adventure?
I quietly prayed for guidance.
That night was significant,
As I opened up my heart and shared my secrets,
Chasing a brief happiness that sparks
Interest in many women.
My confidence began to wane,
As my feelings took over.
