It Is My Turn Now
oh, darling ....wait ...let me get my glasses
on so i can see your face.
it has been so long that i almost
thought you were a ghost
did you come to take me
with you this time? if you
say no i .......will not be surprised,
i am a very busy so....make
your call right now. i have
packed all my luggage . you
will see it as you go out
the door.
i am sure you believe that i
will settle down and stop
being mad about that
girl that you take to lunch
every day.
well, just shut up and listen
i went to see about mama
and she has picked me out
some place fit to live .....you can
go on your way....there is no
forgiveness here anymore
mama. is sweet
and she loves me
i confess she was right
all those past days
i am so glad to get
rid of you on this
cold and dreary day.
