It Has To Start With All of Us
We want them all to see our Lord,
We want our land to be healed again,
But can we put down our sword?
Can we pour down love like rain?
We want the world to see our God,
To hear His Voice, to trust His Word,
We cry and cry from deeps untrod,
But into dark paths, we are hurled.
We know the plans He has for us,
But are we ready to begin?
There is no time left to discuss,
Why we still like to play with sin?
Give us the power, the first love,
Don’t let us be asleep, lukewarm,
Watch over us from high above,
And make us towers, in the storm.
It has to start right here, right now,
With all of us with me and you,
You live in us, You’ll show us how,
Give us the strength Your will to do!
