It Can'T Be Over

It can't be over You say you can't trust me, that, suddenly I've changed what gives you that impression? it's you that's acting strange! You know I've always loved you, more than anyone can you've been my one and only and I am still your man Chorus I can see you're on your way, slipping...away from me starting your new life... and I'm not in your plans you really took me by surprise whatever happened to forever? It can't be over, cause I just don't understand. Why can't you believe me, there's no one else but you, I guess, you never knew me if you think I could betray you! We've lived our life in stages, beat the drama, beat it all, I can see you've won best actress it's our love's final curtain call Chorus I can see you're on your way, slipping...away from me starting your new life... and I'm not in your plans you really took me by surprise... whatever happened to forever? It can't be over, cause I just don't understand. There's a war inside you, I can see it in your eyes I love you more than ever, is this how our love dies? You must fight your delusion, that leaving is your fate, I pray, that you'll believe me, and come back... before it's too late.
