I rush into your arms
for vibrations of warmth and comfort

I turn my back to go my way
now the whole world knows
about my tribulations

It tells me
you're no friend
in whom I can confide

Vulnerability is a lovely gift to present a deserving friend or lover, but when betrayal is in the mix--it makes one feel incredibly STUPID and FOOLISH...self recrimination haunts us when we trust the wrong person....you have described this emotion well, with few words...Great write!
