Isolation
Isolation
In a city so full of many
Why can’t I find a friend
One loyal true companion
That life will finally send
I’ve tired of the loneliness
And emptiness I found
The sorrow paralyzed me
Its sadness it compounds
It’s hiding in the hidden recesses
That lurk inside my soul
Its fangs, they grip at heartstrings
Destruction as their goal
A breakdown of my person
Disintegrating heart
An identity collapsing
Before a union starts
Immersed in a veil of sadness
My brain, it finally rests
Escaping from the emptiness
Reminders of my past
The gap that I am feeling
Fills up its empty well
Recharged with expectations
Wraps up the barren shell
When rays of dancing sunlight
They finally appear
With thoughts and dreams of happiness
Salvation looming near
Because each and every person
He needs to the believe
And spend time in his company
And find his own reprieve
Then, he can find his circle
And secure his niche
His solitude will dissipate
And he will find his wish
And then the world will follow
And the crowds will chase
And solitude and company, discord and joy will embrace
