Isn'T Health True Wealth
Proper physical activity will
Give enough stamina surely
To maintain better health
For a truly happy living
When used in a controlled way
Our body gains a superior power
To face easily daily happenings
Mainly because of moderation
Stretching hands and both the legs
And rotating them in all the directions
Bending and kneeling down exercises
Are all health-fetching movements
Somersault is indeed a lovely one
Brain and eyes get blood supply
This makes the doer damn astute
His vision and for vision turn strong
Closing eyes and calmly lying
And also looking at the vast Sky
Are relaxations having no match
As peace of mind surely floods.
