Island of the Tropic Moon
Sweet island of the tropic moon
Who could paint a dream as this
Believe a sky could be so blue
Or know a place, like this exists
Where gold reflects the ocean sky,
Sweet island of the tropic moon
We come to you where breezes kiss
And passion fills a heart with bliss
Where ancient palms could sing and sigh
I had not heard a wind could hum
Or breezes too, could play a tune
Or birds could wear a rainbow hue
Beneath your moon, a sandy cove
My passion came, and turned to love
And left me warm and worry free
Along the rise and falling waves
All cares are gone, they’ve blown away
Into the mist and distant seas
