Is Your Humanity Enough
How could it have felt before?
Before the implosion of the void
Countless years ago
Though its message plagues tomorrow
It brings a sense of solitude
Only felt by the criminally insane
Disparity drives desperation
That seizes humanity, deranged
Vultures stalking
Helpless prey, crippled
Bleeding through its chains
That is no human! - They chant
It is a child’s toy. they mock
Foolish enough to believe in luck
Yet not enough to give flesh up
In this prison, four walls is just enough
we linger down on the stone
Waiting for grace to fall down upon us
Waiting for a soul to trust
All the while, we will never cease to rust.
