Is This You

Does your heart feel like a prison
Like a prison cell
Nobody seems to hear your cries
No matter how loud you yell.

You feel all hope is gone
And no-one seems to care
You feels no-one loves you
So you curse and swear.

You feel so all alone
In your prison cell
And all the loneliness
Fears and pain, only you can tell.

Does anybody have a key
For this heart of mine
I feel so alone in here
Its as though I am doing time.

This poem is for all those out there
Whoe's heart has lost its key
You feel that there is no way out
No way out for me.

So let me just give you hope
It comes to you from me
I have this friend called Jesus
The captives He sets free.

So give Him all your hurts and pains
Cast all your care's on Him
For He alone is that key
To unlock your heart within.

Invite Him in your heart today
Into your prison cell
He'll lift you up on eagles wings
Out of that living hell.

A wonderful, inspirational poem about the love the Lord provides to all of us. Nice work, Leon.
