Is this the end

I am worried sick
Helpless and a bit thick
Everyday I’m numb to the core
Hoping to not find you on the floor
I care so deeply about this pain
It has completely frazzled my brain
I want to vomit all the time
Scared of the unknown and decline
I am terrified for your life
And this could be the end dear wife

Try and talk through the situation
With logic and little information
Guess the diagnosis causing panic
All getting very dramatic
Logic has no place in a frantic mind
Straight forward thinking is declined
Being the watcher and not the patient
Just a spectator not an assailant
Reasonable talk is out the window
All the time we are in limbo
My voice just makes the snap
Maybe we are becoming a gap
All I do is try to help
And what you want is to scream and yelp
Yours is not the only life to change
I would do anything to exchange
The world still turn time doesn’t stop
Tick tock please don’t drop
I need you now and forever
One day your life maybe better
