Is It Me ?

Stop wait could this possibly be
Maybe it's not them maybe it's me
Things i find utterly neglect-able
Others find completely acceptable

To slow the advancement of fellow man
To fulfill your own scheming plan
Maybe it's not them maybe it's me

To wear designer sweat shop jeans
Feeling sorry for the hungry on your plasma screen
But you got them for next to free
What do you care who made it you don't want to see
Maybe it's not them maybe it's me

That must be right you must agree
I don't always agree with law
I'm certainly not a consumer whore
Maybe it's not them maybe it's me

If this is the case i do not care I'm free
Free in my social conscience
If you too agree
A peace will come you will see

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
