Is It Love

I wonder... What it means when someone say "I love you" I wonder... Why it seems so quick and artificial I wonder... If it means "I love you" or "I like you" But most of all, I wonder... If it's mutually beneficial Is she loving him more than he is loving she? Is he all locked away, and she's out running free? Is it love if there's a bruise all black and purple-y? I understand... The want of someone's words so understanding I understand... The need of someone's words so comfort bringing I understand... The sound of someone's words so reassuring But is it worth... Your heart's constant hurting?
