Is Anger Ever Good

   Is anger ever good
     Putin’s anger
   may yet destroy the world

   Is anger ever kind
     environmental radicals 
   have gone out of their minds

   Is anger ever beneficial
     political debates
   have become superficial ...  

   Is anger ever reasonable
     violent antisemitism
   now knows no season  

   Be humble
     Let not stir your inner wind
   Look at what a mess
     our world's already in

For example if I am angry that I did not get a pay increase I may go get more education and qualify for a better job or work harder starting my own business.
