I agree with you, Gershon. Anger is toxic and destructive....the hope is that as individuals we can control our anger by turning to our 'inner mind.' Well said, sir.

I like your poem. I think anger can be good if redirected into positive energy. For example if I am angry that I did not get a pay increase I may go get more education and qualify for a better job or work harder starting my own business.
