Irony of Life

In every heavenly sip of forbidden ambrosia lies a drop of mortal poison In every beautiful moment of unmasked laughter lies a trace of undissolved pain In every loyal promise of forever and after lies a lie of concealed fear In every cherished memory of stunning victory lies a breath of veiled failure In every cold silence of desperate eyes lies a casket of unspoken words And in every contented heart of happiness lies a million unhealed scars still bleeding.....
