Inviting drink Requires time I think Intoxicating taste lets not waste Smooth cream Helps it go down like a dream Coffee and whiskey Outrageously risky Fire on the taste buds and Furnace in the tummy Exceptionally yummy Eire's elixir wow what a mixture

I am unfamiliar with acrostic poetry but this one went down as smooth as silk..I'm not much of a drinker due to scotch-irish genetics but do like to get one every now and then..yum..
