Intuition

INTUITION

                                      Watching television
                                           before going
to Hot Air Balloon Fiesta destination,
saw a hot air balloon falling.
                                            Told myself
                                      “accident happens”.
                                         Started packing.

                                             Flew there
                                            safe, sound.
Saw another hot air balloon fell
before touring downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico.
                                           Had intuition
                                      cancelling reserved
                                            balloon ride,

                                         booking another
                                               with gift
shop’s agent. Ignored intuition, kept reservation.
Our balloon falling from the sky
                                          hitting ground,
                                       dragged sideways.
                                     Survived unharmed.

Thanks, Jan. It was quite a scare. I still want to do it again; but nobody wants to go with me. LOL....

Thank you, Joseph. That was so scary. We thought that was our end, screaming our lungs out. We got out and told my daughters, to sit on the basket to take pictures of them and they were complaining. I started laughing telling them to do what I say cause it was not our time. Celebrate a miracle.

Not surprising, as too cold up there! So did you call it a day, or take the next one up? Aloha! Rico

Yes, called it a day. They cannot get us up there with another hot air balloon, so they gave us 50% back, when we were only up there for 10 minutes. That was really scary, falling down so fast and dragged sideways holding on. Thanked God, it stopped cause the balloon got caught on cacti and we got out.
