Introvert

I want to stay inside
No need to open up
That would risk my peace of mind
Remember my safe place is enough
Only need a paper and pen
Verses on a pc if able
Emerald eyes every now and then
Reading writing no cable
Time passes me indeed in my introverted dream

I really like this, Karen. I was an introvert as a child who became more extroverted with time. But I still enjoy being alone just writing or whatever.

Thanks for liking. I was outgoing on stage but more to myself otherwise.

Careful what you ask for, my dear. You just might get it... Don't forget: The world wants to see your talents on display. ~ gw

I am an introvert myself...someone on tiktok wanted to start a group and have an introverts day and people joked that she would organize it and nobody would show up...another joked they would show up at night in hoodies....I could relate...Thanks for sharing this...we do go through alot

Dear Karen, I appreciated the quiet strength in your poem, the way solitude becomes not isolation but sanctuary. Such a gentle affirmation that creativity and peace can thrive in stillness. Autumn Blessings, Dear Karen, Daniel
