For one split second
I know myself    see clearly
Then    the sudden void
As one who falls    perishes
Descending from some high place

Daver, you have come up with a profound message about yourself with this short form. VERY well done, my friend and I cannot imagine you will ever go dry with words for us here. Just write about your ten cats. I bet you could do a cat poem a day with all their antics!! And in between, give us more introspection poems! luv, Andrea

Oie yoie, much like 'falling to pieces', but when that happens you can pick em all up!:) Some days are like that, Daver.:( For two days I'd had an adventure, misadventure...all started by taking the dog for a walk. (blame it all on her, oh not really)! Someone had offered me two ducks...I thought they were geese, but was told today they are swans. It's a long story, Daver..lol:) Wishing you the best!!
