Intrigue

Intrigue was tangible in the room that night.
A spontaneous outburst had brought to light
The plot to patronize the young Prince Harry
Whose fixation would lead him to marry
A commoner not fit for Royal portal -
A place reserved for a loyal mortal.
The revelation that they could live elsewhere
Caused him to navigate to Canada somewhere.
Gave up his allowance, the title Prince,
And his lovely bride has not been seen since.
