Intricate Complex

I can't think
I can't feel
all i do is sit here
and chew my nails
i don't act
i don't talk
all i do is stare
at these four walls

It's driving me crazy

The ring of silence
Is soo amazing
It's astounding
my head and my heart
are actually pounding

There are no shadows to amuse me
just myself and my soul
These circles in my head
and the pieces that make me whole
I am an intricate complex
that is certain
If it wasn't for simple mindedness
I'd be worthless

I'm just lost trying to find sanity
trying to be comfortable
in my skin
trying to claw my way out
of the spotlight
that's always on

finding out what's right
when I'm always wrong!
