Into the New Wave
I was without passion,
a slave of the dark.
I was blind;
wallowing in angst
and self pity.
You raised the bar
and opened the door;
pushing me to the limit,
like the new wave.
Come and take me
as if you own me.
For I am truely yours
today, yesterday and all tomorrows.
Do with me as you wish:
except to neglect me.
