Into the Darkness

Into the darkness, The heart craves, The peace and warmth, Into which it caves. Coldness, Feeling of despair, The heart hungers, Someone to care. Starving, For affection, The heart forgets, Its' protection. Into the darkness, The last beat taken, The heart breaks, Its' love forsaken.

what a sad write, but yet again, you expressed so much in here-- I sure am grateful that I get to read your poems-- you definitely have a way of describing things that are quite easy to relate to-- btw I hope you don't mind, just want to help, I think your use of "its" can do without the apostrophe... me again, nikko :)
