Intimidated By a Tall Pink Tulip

I am intimidated by her tallness
How can I ever hope to climb her?
I like getting to the top, but this is ridiculous.
My daddy gives me a nod. You can do this, Kid.
I am not confident.
But she is so gorgeous, and calling me.
It is like she has chosen me, so I begin the climb, terrified.

AHA....in light of Milton's comment I have deduced the personification aspect of this encounter......nicely done Caren...the poem and the assault on the tulip

This is both clever and cute, Caren. You were a very tiny little girl, I take it!
