Intimate Love

and yet, to say that one's heart can never be broken is a disgrace to the one who holds their heart at the ready to give to the person who puts stars in their eyes and makes them feel lighter. shining through them, a flame that shines brighter than a spark illuminating a path along a forest floor so dark lined with crimson petals of roses and shining white of dahlias each step taken makes a person feel like walking on a billowing cloud about to vaporize to the air. no longer am i smothered by thick suffocating clouds, or forever wearing a black witches shroud. as i take my steps to your strong, caressing hands a smile lighting up your face and i hurry to close the intimate space
