I love it, short and to the point, and so true of modern society, especially phone recordings. Easy to relate to the frustration behind this. "Your call is important to us" now translates, "We don't give a moose's elbow how long you have to wait". Congrats on your win!

The recorded messages bother me the most. Then after you wait a very long time you get disconnected. Happens all the time. This is a perfect entry for his contest. xxoo
